What does a GTM engineer actually own?
The engineering layer of your revenue stack: CRM data models, integrations, enrichment, automation, AI workflows, reporting and monitoring. We agree priorities with your team and build within your systems.
How is this different from a staffing agency?
A staffing agency looks for people who already have the skill. We teach the skill first, on a programme we run, and only put forward engineers who have finished it. You see their programme work before you meet them, and an architect and specialists stay behind them once they start.
Should I choose a dedicated engineer or a project?
If the work is ongoing and changes week to week, a dedicated engineer usually fits better. If you can describe the finished system on one page, a project is often simpler. We can work it out together on the first call.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. Training covers tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay and n8n, alongside Python, SQL and API fundamentals. We look at your specific stack when we first talk and match the engineer to the work.
How quickly can an engineer join us?
It depends on availability and what your stack needs. We agree a realistic start date once we understand the skills and support you need.
What does it cost?
It depends on the role, the location and the scope. We share pricing on a call once we understand what you need.
Can I choose between Latin America and India?
Yes. Most teams start with Latin America for the time-zone overlap. If you prefer India, tell us and we will agree the working hours with you.
Who employs the engineer?
We do. Dedicated engineers are on GTMForge's payroll, so you work with one company under one agreement, and we handle their contract and pay in their home country.
What if the engineer is not the right fit?
Tell us early. We will talk it through with you and, if it still is not working, propose another engineer who has come through the same programme.
Who owns the systems and the work?
You do. We build in your environments, document the work in your repositories and leave runbooks, so your team keeps the knowledge and the control.
